Aetna needed to grab attention in
a loud and crowded market.

You've probably seen the Medicare spots with older women screaming at the screen, or Joe Namath telling people to "check their zipcode." Maybe you've seen the countless brand spots with beautiful happy people 65+ living their lives with a nice VO about Medicare plans. 

Aetna needed to stand out in the space, and wanted to demonstrate how helpful they can be to people making this big decision. We delivered with an engaging couple and a helpful agent that took the category by storm.

Direct Mail, digital, even outdoor all play a role in reaching this audience and letting them know that when they have questions - Aetna is there to give them helpful answers. Our Q&A format creative even predicted questions they might have and answered them for them in a unique DM format.

Today's 65 year old is tech savvy, smart, and not ready to slow down. We respected them in our tone, our depiction of them, and we used media they like to engage in when looking for help. From QR codes on outdoor to easy links in digital.
